bones, improves mood, improves sleep, tones muscles,
and prevents obesity. It is good to exercise with your dog--you
can both benefit and keep healthy. Pace yourselves and be sure
you warm up first. Before you start exercising allow ample time
for the dog to relieve itself. When you are finished exercising,
give your dog a chance to go potty and sniff around.
