ReservationsPlease reserve your appointment as early as possible to ensure that your pet can be accommodated. Holiday times are especially busy for us, and we want to make sure that we can care for your pet. Booking at least two weeks in advance is highly suggested, but we realize that emergencies do come up.

We know that the holidays put a lot of extra stress on families. That is why we are here to help! For a $10 per day surcharge we will be happy to come over and take care of your pet with our regular services on the following holidays:

Referral Program
Refer a new client to us and you both receive $5 off your next visit! New clients must be located within our service area, schedule at least two visits with us, and use your name as a referral source. We also include referral slips on the "report card" so if you think of it later, just leave it on your counter and I will pick it up on my next appointment. You will receive your credit when the new client books his second appointment.
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 fee. Same day scheduled visits are non-refundable should you need to cancel.

Pet Taxi
We will be happy to transport your pet to and from your veterinarian's office or the groomer, so that you don't have to make special arrangements to get them there! For a nominal fee, we will pick up, transport and deliver your pets to their scheduled appointments. Please note that we cannot wait with your pets on these occasions, but we will be happy to return for them when they are done.
Pet Shopping
Fido running low on food? Fluffy needs her medication? No problem. Leave us a list and we'll be happy to run these errands for you! A small charge includes running errands within our pet sitter service area. We will be happy to submit a reimbursement slip or you can leave us payment and we'll bring your change!
Gratuitous Services
We will gladly take care of your home while you are away. At no additional charge, we will bring in your mail, flyers, newspapers, etc., bring in/out your garbage cans, water your plants, even adjust windows and lights for you.
Payments:
Please leave your payment on your kitchen counter; that way we always know where to find it. Cash and checks are acceptable. Please make checks out to "Maria Alfaro." We appreciate your business and always welcome feedback.
